  • What do I need to be married?
    To be married in Oklahoma, you will need a marriage license issued by a county court clerks office and two witnesses over the age of (18) eighteen. Witnesses can be provided by the wedding officiant with 24 hour notice.

    I want to be married today. Is that possible?

    What do I need to do to get a marriage license?
    Visit any county court clerk's office in Oklahoma with your fiance, both of you should take identification, such as a driver's license or birth certificate. The marriage license fee in Oklahoma is $50.

    I am not an Oklahoma resident. I just moved to Oklahoma or I am a resident of another state or country. Can I be married in Oklahoma?
